Working twrd CFI, How's the Pay--Really

I am working toward CFI and am so glad to have found this board. It is hard to find specifics regarding CFI pay/benefits.

How is the pay/bennies?

Also, is there a rate schedule for ATP and Commercial Piloting available somewhere?

Kinda like to look into this seriously.
