Question Orange e-mail

Am a former Orange Broadband customer, and still use my Orange e-mail address/account

Whenever i try using a different computer to access my e-mail I end up getting the runaround from Orange and in fact today cannot find a suitable 'page' to access my e-mail

Can anyone suggest a sutable URL that will offer a log in/access point

My e-mail address is [email protected] i usually access via Mobile Phones | Broadband & Mobile Broadband UK Deals | Free Web Email | Orange.co.uk and select enail & comunicate and upto recently I was then offered a log in box

I know the sensible option may be to use a Fresh e-mail address, but everyone who knows me uses my current Orange address

Thanks in advance

I can sympathise with this, I have an @orange.net address and cannot access my email through the orange login page - this just takes me to my mobile account and wants my phone number alias to continue
The only way that seems work is to "add account" in mail (Mac & iPad) & enter all the settings - totally frustrating, I feel your pain!
Hopefully someone will answer for us both.........

As a long-time Freeserve user (then Wanadoo -> Orange -> EE), I too have been frustrated by the difficulties in finding the web-based email login, esp since EE took over. When I click on your link above (if I pasted it OK), I get directed to www.orange.co.uk, from which the drop down under 'email' on the LHS works for me, but I also see a login on the RHS (posting of an image fails as its too large)....

...which then works for me. They may have fixed it since your post. Not that I usually get there that way. My bookmark for email login contains this: https://web.orange.co.uk/r/login/?Se...%3DMAILWELCOME which takes me to (image too large again)...

...Yet another (different) login, which still takes me to email. If I log out, it switches to a further login screen, which takes me to my broadband account, not the email. What a mess!

Sorry, this was only going to help if I could show the page image, so you could tell if you were getting something else! If you still can't get in, I will have to re-activate my dropbox account, or find a picture-sharing service.

PS If anyone can work out how to stop EE asking me for a 'preferred email address' every time I log in - this is what the requesting page says:
"
WE'D LIKE TO HELP YOU BETTER

You haven't registered an email address with us. We'd like to be able to contact you easily if we need to, to improve the service we provide.
Simply enter your preferred email address below and we'll send you an email to verify it. Please click on the link in the email within 24 hours."

Note that my actual fsnet email address (that I can log into as above) is not permitted for some reason, so they want me to provide another - but I only have (and use) the one address. What are they thinking of? It seems impossible (or not worth the effort to try) to contact them in a useful manner - and I know i could set up a temporary email address to fulfil their request, but can I be bothered?
