Angry MACROMEDIA "FLASH 5"

Anyone out their know how I can stop this annoying grey box offering to install "flash 5" Macromedia for free? popping up every 30 seconds..... aw $hit there it goes again!!

Some of the advert banners you see here are written in Flash. That means the graphics it is able to do is far better than the "old" format of .GIF Many sites now use Flash so it's a worthy download.

If you're connected to the Internet, you must realise that certain programs are necessary to keep your browsing optimised, and the ones that were installed when you first put the disk from your ISP into your CD-ROM drive have been improved.
