Brazilian Registered Aircraft

Hi all,

Can someone confirm that to fly a Brazilian registered aircraft [biz jet] you would need a Brazilian ATPL?

Is there a validation process for a UK or FAA ATP type rated pilot.

Many thanks!

Yes, you need a Brazilian license..

In order to convert your UK/or FAA license to ANAC, you need proof of brazilian citizenship,or to be hired as a flight instructor for some brazilian company for a time limit of 6 months..

Even though you don't need the reciprocal to earn an FAA or EASA ticket...
