COPA

Hello colegas :-)
any news from the panamenean operator? I have not heard anything for a loooonngg time.
Any insider infos would be nice to hear. I still believe Panama and Copa would be a nice option to move back to the spanish speaking world

happy landings,

LV

They had done it pretty much up until they closed the door to expatriates. They might open the door again this year.

I don't think they differentiate between those with or without families.
That being said they offer no housing allowance orschool allowance so it looked like it would be virtually impossible for a family to survive on that salary.....

Base salary 1700 USD, add per diem , representation expenses, prima garantizada ( I didnt even know what that meant) , hours extra start from 66.... Average 3300-3500. I already took into account the 800$ more or less from taxes... If you fly all Sundays long flights maybe you can reach 3700-4000 but seniors get Sundays mostly.

Hola!

Does anyone know when are they going to begin the recruitment process and which are the main requirements apart of the 1000tt?

I heard most of the pilots who got hired were flying a turboprop or a jet before. Is it true?

Safe landings!

They are probably still looking since the crappy website prevents everyone from applying

Mac + Safari = No Web Error
Mac + Chrome = Error
Windows + all browsers = Error

Go figure. Anyway, applied for it and waiting. Fingers crossed this time.
