One thing to watch for with Flybe for the near future is their proposal to make all new CC starters pay £1000 towards the cost of their training. Only a recent proposal put to the union vote. Sadly, it looks as though most of your potential future colleagues are happy to sail you up the river as the majority appear to have voted 'yes'.
Sad times.

just considering moving to the uk and looking for flying jobs...obviously i've applied for the big companies as well but i kind of like the idea of working for a regional carrier - the customers on my current regional flights are always the friendliest! what is it like to work for flybe? approx how many hours a month? does anyone have an example roster? are you ever away from base or are all the duties returns?
cheers.
