Had an offer 2 years ago. €3500 for Capt CJ3. 20/10 schedule. Came with a shared apartment in Lisbon when on duty. Possitioning home not paid. Only per diem when away from Lisbon. I said no thank you.

What are they looking for now?

Cheap outfit. They are full of themselves but IMHO have no clue what they are doing.
