Regourd Aviation Le Bourget

Hi. Interview coming up for said Company. Apparently tech questionnaire followed by sim assessment and interview. Appreciate any info on the company or from anyone who's had an interview with them in the past. Very little on this site or the internet about them. Thanks.

Is it for Finesse or Equaflight? UK or Africa? Looks like a good company, its founder and actual CEO has a rather good reputation.

Stable business, main clientele from the oil business (including Total).
Recent equipment upgrade with EMB135s. Scheduled and charter services. Pay can be still good.

Hello,

All I heard, was about the rostering 6/3, salary 5000€ net, plus perdiem paid with the local money, full accomodation and a company car.
Regarding the interview, expect, one sim session...
I can't tell you more.

Good luck.

Hey,

thanks for infos..

I guess the roster and infos you are talking about are for finesse UK, not Equaflight/EquaJet/Equa2c in Africa..

it will be for Africa, based in Congo or Cameroun.. expected roster there should be something like 1month on / 1 month off..

I don't know why someone talked about finesse UK earlier in this post..

F/O: 2 visual patern (raw data), with 1 N-1

Unfortunately, no, regourd in Africa do not offer 1 month on 1 month off roster.
2/1, or 6weeks on/3 weeks off at best. PNR is a nice place, much better than BZA.
But the contract is below expectation to my taste.
Off shore contract with their own crewing company in Andorra, and too much turnover those last few years to consider it a confortable position.

Now they are offering 3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off with flexibility up to 4 weeks.

Type rating paid with two years of bond.

Monthly salary 5190€ net off shore contract as Captain on Embraer 135/145

What is the FO salary on the 1900 on and off, are the ATR's still there and is there any room for advancement from the turbo prop on to the jet?
