The worst that this intrepid (and apparently sneaky) young photog would be looking at under Ohio law would be misdemeanor trespass.
Even that would be a stretch, since he wasn't apprehended on the property and under American law the photographs cannot speak for themselves.
They must be supported with testimony and I doubt that any prosecutor is going to go to very much trouble to find someone to testify that the photos could only have been taken from vantage points to which the photographer had been denied entry.
OTOH, people have been shot to death in rural Ohio as a result of being where they weren't supposed to be, so maybe the young man should count himself lucky.
I've lived in the state all of my life and there are areas both rural and urban in which I wouldn't go poking around uninvited.

I have a pic that i took a couple of years ago of a private boneyard with some number of aircraft including 2 complete but dissassembled B29's a couple of B25's a couple of Lockheed Harpoons (i think) and about 20 other aircraft that i could not identify.
I cannot get pic to stick from my ipad or iphone as to isert photo requires an Url.
Whilst i was familiar with Mr Soplata's collection, i have never seen any reference to the one that i flew over in a remote part of the desert in SW USA. It is huge with dozens of aircraft in pieces, obviously being stored not scrapped.
There was not a blade of grass for a 50 miles in any diection so these ones are not subject to the same issues os the Soplata collection.
I am pretty sure that whoever owns the aircraft i saw values their privacy so i will not publish the location, but would very much like to post the photo if possible.
Any suggestions?

I travel quite a lot in the course of my employment which takes me to airports all over the world. I also have some pics of a couple of BP Balliols, one of which looks like it could fly away tomorrow. They must be a bit thin on the ground. Sri Lankan Ir Force Museum in Colombo has these and a number of other types, but the Balliols were what took my attention at the time.

I am sure many on this forum will be familiar with this museum, but it came as a surprise to me.
