ATC guidance on expediting flow on ground.

Hi

Just curious to know is there a controlling document giving guidance on 'pushing' a/c to expedite start, taxi and expedite take off run.

Given expedite taxi clearance while still pushing back with tug attached, I believe rightly said unable to taxi. Secondly given new departure rwy from ATIS and had to rebrief, recalculate, run before take off checklist at holding point after not advising ready for departure.

Thoughts please. Thank you.

My profile says nothing about me either. Still does not preclude me from asking why you have to be a douche all the time.

You could use the same principle to ask why you have to be offensive !

It's OK. Plazbot is an incredibly ignorant person. Just ignore him. I see nothing wrong with my earlier posting; I simply want to know where he was!

Please explain for us old farts what 'being a douche all the time' means.

If it is offensive I bet you wouldn't say it to his face!

The answer to the original question will be determined to a significant extent by the location/aerodrome at which the said event happened!!

A very sensible request by HD......who I guess knows/knew a fair bit about expediting traffic......given his evident ATC experience!!

Just a thought!

It could be he wanted to get out before a runway change, or so it sounds considering you mentioning the change in the ATIS? And maybe he wasn't confident enough in english to give you an explenation of why?

Just state like you did, "unable", or ask for a reason...

But I don't think you can find a document on a thing like that though?
