Arrow The Future is NERC?

Every time Mrs G Dunwoody (chairman of the Parliamentary Select Transport Committee) comments about HCS and its failings she says that things can only get better (our Tony's slogan). She seems to be under the misapprehension that Swanwick will not be using HCS. Do you think we should tell her and mention that the reason that HCS is so unstable at the moment is that the new adaptation software which is needed for NERC is being introduced. It would seem that our leaders have failed to mention this in their many briefings to the Committee. As there is yet another investigation into NATS by the Committee at the moment, perhaps we should tip the wink.

Wink

I suggest we don't mention a thing.

Nudge nudge, wink wink, hush hush etc....

What's Swanwick anyway?!
