PA28R Arrow II Cruise Data

Yes yes I know I should look in the POH, but I can't, so can someone please help me out here?!

I am looking for precise cruise data for 75% power including RPM, MAP, Fuel flow and IAS at an altitude of around 3000ft, or whatever nearest altitude is given in the POH.

I know the rough figures, ie, 2400rpm, 24" MAP, 10USG and 130Kt IAS, but I am interested in the precise figures if anyone has them available.
