As I understand it British Airways added an FMC to their
747-200s, but did they do the same to their 737-200s?

The BA 737-236's were the super duper singing and dancing versions. They had the Sperry 177 autopilot which is more or less the same as the -3/4/500 variants and also had a PCDS, which was a basic FMC which complimented the GPS nav system. Ryanair have a few of the ex Lufthansa -200's which had the same fit.

Yes, we have one of those, it came to us sometimes around 1994 with Omega Nav which now has been replaced by GPS.

This 732 is a little heavy and has -15 engines, nevertheless, when all the bells and whistles are working and agreeing with each other it is quite nice, especially when it gets down and dirty and you get vectored all over the place with seven radios going all at once and charts flying around the flightdeck.
