HI there,
Just was curious about come information on Prestwick Flight Centre. What kind of aircraft do they have and what are their rates? Would be nice to hear from someone who is prehaps a member down there. Also, what is the club house like and is it welcoming? Airfield and procedures etc etc? Anything you do not like?

Any information would be great.

P.S. Do they have a website?

Woops!! Sorry just noticed that and yes Big Red 'L' I have searched and found some information, but cannot find anything on their a/c or rates or membership rates, just a lot on what they are like, so if anyone could help me out with this then that would be great.

Thanks again

Big Red 'L'

I noticed the smileys but nevertheless I think you need to be a bit more gentle on a newcomer. No need to call him lazy.

Just my 2 eurocent worth.

:D

(Or should I have forwarded your post to the moderator? ;) )

Fear not 'FD',

Mr ppruner2003 is no newcomer to this forum - he told us this himself in a previous thread, now long forgotten :D

This is not my first post on here, but have changed my username so as to avoid detection

I guess this also answers the unanswered "which flying club are you talking about?" ;)

Just googled again, it appears that Prestwick Flight Centre do not have a website (certainly not one easy to find).

They do have a telephone number, which suggests there may be someone there to answer the call and possibly also answer some of your questions :D

Prestwick Flight Centre, Prestwick, 01292 476523

This link may also assist http://www.grampianpfa.ukf.net/Learn%20to%20fly.htm

So might this one http://www.flyingzone.co.uk/flyingschools/scotland/scotlandfs.htm but this doesn't have 'phone numbers.

HTH

PS Hint - use a capital "G" and he might hear you ;)

At least you didn't confuse me with Miss Marple :D

Hi chaps, I fly regularly out of Prestwick (I rent a PA28 from one of the operators there), and have a fairly good knowldge of what-is-what and who-is-who - although I haven't flown there for about 3 months now because of the s%$*&@t weather!

If you want to have a chat about Prestwick, send me a private message and I will get in touch. ;)
