Hi Higher

Am sure that if you do a little search on old threads that you can find a lot of information.

But in nutshell:

Get people that are likeminded and that you get on with.

Do everything equitable. Make sure you have a sound financial plan and charge reasonable rates for the monthly bit and hourly rates.

All fixed costs (insurance + hangarage + annual + landing card + miscellaneous/12) as monthly charge and all flying costs (fuel + enginefund + oil + 50 hours check + 150 hours check + general wear and tear + unforeseen) in the hourly rate.

Set up some good rules. http://www.pfa.org.uk/clubroom/Groups/group_rules.asp

And I find it easy to use the internet for most things like booking techlogs etc. For a good and free booking system look at:

If you have any specific questions fire away.

Have fun. :)
