Anyone know where in Canada I could go and get a TC Aircraft Dispatcher License?
And does Transport Canada accept an FAA one (for conversion)?

locations are listed at the site. All of our examination centers can administer the dispatch test, it is Nav. and Met.
The test was free as of june 2002. It may cost something now, probably no more then $100 CND.
It is valid for one year and it is only "generic" you'll need to be hired by a carrier and they'll provide phase two training to complete your license(whether they'll charge you or not, don't know)

Actually, I believe test is valid for two years. It is not possible to convert an FAA Dispatcher Certificate, as you would a pilot certificate.
