Hello,
I'm a corporate operator in Canada and need to find a reference (preferably on the internet) that confirms the requirment to have TCAS II, version 7 when flying on the NAT's and in Europe.
My initial information was from an International Procedures Course at FlightSafety International. Their books say it's required but do not provide any reference to back it up.
Any responses will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
aftica

For europe try this link (http://www.eurocontrol.be/eatmp/library/faq.html#ACAS) and look under ACAS.

Well here are some interesting links and reading:

For a list of documentation and where to obtain them:

http://www.faa.gov/atpubs/NAO/NAOANX.HTM

The Edition 9 of the "North Atlantic MNPS Airspace Operations Manual" is available for download here:

http://www.nat-pco.org/mnpsa.htm

The ICAO NAT Doc 001, "Consolidated Guidance and
Information Material concerning Air Navigation in the North Atlantic Region". is available at:

http://www.nat-pco.org/docs.htm

Now regarding TCAS requirements in RVSM here are two links:

http://www.eur-rvsm.com/faq_pilots.htm#1

http://www.eurocontrol.int/acas/

Now a good search engine is GOOGLE. Try it it works!

Hope you enjoy the reading and that it helps somehow.

Cheers.
