Rumor has it U.S. ATC will shut down for an unpaid vacation for a week or so the end of September of this year to make up for a budget shortage unless a supplementaal appropriation is provided.

The supplemental is apparantly in the hold behind accounting standards, prescription medication benefit and a pledge of allegiance requirement.

What a way to run a railroad.......ooops

Yeah, and there is a rumour of a bridge in Arizona that's for sale also, interested?

The last time that the FAA talked Furlough they told us that we still had to come to work but we would not get paid. Come on, does anyone seriously think I'm going to work for FREE (maybe alittle volunteer time at OSH next week, but no where else).
