I try to understand what's the real benefits of entering the Transition waypoint on the F-PLN pages when you're using SID/STAR. In some cases, that point is already existed in the F-PLN and inserting and not inserting seems to be the same case.

Because, depending on the procedure, that's not always "the same case".

Can you link to a chart showing a specific example?

Because if the transition mentioned contains altitude restrictions they will be automatically loaded.

A STAR may have different approach points leading into it, and if you don't enter the correct transition you may end up with a discontinuity.
