Short of staff, loads of delays, poor mgt, awful morale, no incentives, no recognition, mgt not giving-up their car parking spaces, no leadership, ad-hoc training (TRUCE), shall I go on.

And do the airlines know all this - what a shambles. In any other customer facing organisation, this list alone would be reason for heads to roll.

But in NATS, the mgt team get BONUSES.

And as this is a rumour network-certain managers taking upto 30 annual leave during the summer period and also taking days in lieu when the real workers are limited to 18 days leave and no chance at all of taking DIL.

So much for leadership from the front.

Talk to your mates at Scottish; they all had their days in lieu bought back from them (very nice, thank you!).....

Of course the rest of us were told to stick it!

Just seen that the media have found out about the airprox on Monday when the training box didn't work. Crap equipment too.

Hope some big knobs in the UK airlines read this.

And it's the union and not mgt how have issued a memo about the training boxes. Shows how much an issue it is to them. Training more important that safety.
