Change of address and night rating in one CAA fee

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone knows whether it is possible to change one's address at the same time as applying for a night rating and only pay the night rating fee.

your not charged for change of address anyway.

Just fill out the night rating form with the new address and it will go through
