Hi,

do anyone knows, if operators pay transition training from IR(A) to IR(H) in the north sea area? Maybe during typrating training (10h IR training on typ)?

I've no idea, but since I have IR(a) it would be amazing if they did :E

Why should they-if there are more than enough qualified pilots that apply already holding the IR(H)?
