Hi, does anyone have any recent experience flying VFR into Toulouse ?
For the Airbus factory visit, is Toulouse Blagnac do-able and the best airfield for the factory ?

Yes Blagnac is very doable VFR. Check the State Plates on SIA for the VFR Reporting Points and VFR Routes in. https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/aip/enligne/PDF_AIPparSSection/VAC/AD/2/1408_AD-2.LFBO.pdf

Expect to be parked on the Golfs near terminal 1. Handling is not mandatory although I email "Aviation Générale LFBO" "AER-Accueil Blagnac 1" at [email protected] to let them know I am coming in.

I also file a VFR FPL so ATC know I am coming in and leaving.

Andy hi - did you make the flight into Toulouse and the Airbus tour? Thinking of doing the same trip from the UK, are there any 'gottcha's'?
