Hello

I have been told during our annual ground refreshers that one very critical but not very apparent (apart from the other obvious ones) difference between the elevator tab LCO NNC and the Elevator tab vibration is that in the event of an elevator tab LCO you DO NOT ARM SPEEDBRAKES FOR LANDING, but can manually deploy the speedbrakes after touch down - SINCE THE NNC ONLY SAYS GROUND SPOILERS CAN BE USED FOR LANDING
But for elevator tab vIbration NNC - YOU CAN ARM THE SPEEDBRAKE FOR LANDING - AS SPECIFIED IN THE NOTE SECTION OF THE NNC

What are your comments on this not so clear instruction in the elevator tab lco NNC? - why wouldn't Boeing clearly and in simple language not say - do not arm speed brakes for LCO but u can manually deploy speedbrakes for landing

So now to find the Actual landing distance for elevator tab LCO i will have to add 50m (or for 700s i think 55m) for manual speed brakes and autobrakes... Am i right?

Thank you all for your inputs and comments in advance
