Interpreting speeds on Vn diagram

I have been trying to relate a Vn diagram to the FAR25 speeds for a turbo prop. Does Vc on a Vn diagram represent Vmo? And Vc represent a speed that is 80% of Vd? Thanks in advance for any thoughts or help with this :)
