It's been almost 3 weeks since the BEC rejected the pay offer, they've got our support, so what next?

In fact it's only been two weeks or 14 days since the BEC rejected the offer (April 30th). A circular was issued to this effect and stated that there would be a consultative ballot to follow.
You should find this on the "union" board in the ready room. If it is not there ask your rep. In fact perhaps you should ask your rep. about the current situation, if you do not know who your Watch reps are or they do not give you an answer to your satisfaction contact the Section Chair or one of the Section Officers who I'm sure will brief you fully.
Remember, (assuming you are a member) it is your union and the reps, Section and Branch only act on your say so and with your mandate; so speak to them.
No doubt you were one of the many(!) who attended the Section briefings (three weeks ago), and so I'm preaching to the converted, so I am concerned if anyone is still unaware of the current situation.
