You have done a great job. We see lot of individual ideas on how to fly the various aspects of a flight like descent, approach in adverse weather etc. pilots suggesting these ideas if they go through FOBNs they will find that there is already a tried, trusted and recommended way of operating the Airbus. These notes are by the manufacturer who has access to the software, hardware, engineering inpts and global access to aircraft operations and incidents. According to me a line pilot who has access only to flight manuals cannot have better understanding of the machine than the manufacturer. So line pilot should not device his own procedures. I personally feel cockpit is not a place to be creative.
