Refer mel 21-1 for B 737-900.
My question is, with either pack inop, there is a set of procedures to be done. In case of RH side, we conduct a no engine bleed TO; and incase of LH side there are a set of procedures to be done if it is before TO and ldg and after TO and ldg.
In both the cases why is the inop pack kept in high? Do note I am referring to 737-900 series only. The same is not the case with 737-700/800 where the inop pack is switched off as it is malfunctioning .
