Personally I would just buy a cheap case and superglue or staple some elastic to it.

Flybymike is right... I bought the pro aviator for the ipad 2 and it is exactly that!
60-70 pound for a piece of plastic with elastic through it... Man some one is getting rich quick on people like me!
