Dear all,

What would be the best option to ferry a Cessna 206 from Botswana back to Europe ?

Air-Ferry or crating and shipping ?

Thank you for any advice based on your previous experience.

Fly it! :ok: It would be so much more interesting. No need to worry about rigging it up properly after it comes out of the crate at the other end, too...

I wouldn't mind flying that route. Let me know if you need a pilot :)

Fly it. I would be happy to do it with you or bring it alone. Plenty of ferry experience.

Jeez, what a question - fly it ! And, should you need a co-pilot, I have quite some Africa experience!

Fly it, it's a great trip (indeed, I'm leaving Cape Town for London tomorrow morning, taking about 3 weeks in a Maule!).

Cheers, Sam.

I think you might want to duck (in the virtual world) from the incoming you will probably receive.

Nigd3 - it might be incoming, but it would be ill-deserved.
