App for doing what?
I have apps for wx, instrument training and a variety of other things, so just asking what is the best App is a bit too wide a spectrum in my book.:hmm:

Assuming you're looking for GPS moving map and flight planning, try PockeFMS (http://www.pocketFMS.com).

It's got full European coverage (and beyond). Works on PC, iPad, iPhone and Android.

It includes hourly professional Aviation Weather forceasts for 48 hours +.

A free fully functional 30 day trial is available on the website mentioned above.

For clarity, I'm part of the beta testing crew. Though I've no financial involvement with them, just a very happy long time user.
