Olympics CAS (T) airspace introduced slightly earlier

NATS has requested that the Olympics CAS (T) airspace be introduced a few hours earlier on 16 July. The following NOTAM (correct at 5 July) provides details:

B) FROM: 12/07/05 09:03 C) TO: 12/08/15 23:00
E) REVISED NOTIFICATION TIMES FOR LONDON 2012 OLYMPICS TEMPORARY
CONTROLLED AIRSPACE ON 16 JULY 2012 AND 15 AUGUST 2012.
AS NOTIFIED IN AIP SUPPLEMENT 003/2012, TEMPORARY CONTROLLED
AIRSPACE IS ESTABLISHED IN THE SOUTH EAST OF THE UK FROM MONDAY 16TH
JULY TO WEDNESDAY 15TH AUGUST 2012. FOLLOWING A FURTHER REQUEST
FROM NATS BASED ON OPERATIONAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS TO BRING
FORWARD THE START TIME ON 16 JULY 2012, AND EXTEND CAS (T) ON THE
FINAL DAY, THE CAA HAS APPROVED A REVISION TO BOTH THE START AND
FINISH TIMINGS. EXTENDED HOURS ARE VARIABLE DEPENDANT ON ATS
PROVIDER AND HOURS OF OPERATION. REVISED START AND END TIMES FOR
CAS (T) ARE NOTIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
FARNBOROUGH CTR, CTA: 1, 7, 8 OPENS 0600 UTC MON 16TH JULY AND
CEASES AT 1900 UTC WED 15TH AUGUST.
SOLENT CTA: 10, 11, 12A, 12D, FARNBOROUGH (FBO)/SOLENT CTA 12B, 12C,
12F(N), SOLENT 12F(S) AND LONDON CONTROL OLYMPICS SECTOR ELEMENTS:
SW CTA 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 12F(N), 12F(S) OPENS 0600 UTC MON 16TH JULY
AND CEASES AT 2100 UTC WED 15TH AUGUST.
SOUTHEND CTR/CTA 1 AND 2, MANSTON CTR, AND LONDON CONTROL OLPOT
AREAS: SE CTA 4, 5, 6, AND ANGLIAN CTA A AND B OPENS 0001 UTC MON
16TH JULY AND CEASES AT 2300 UTC WED 15TH AUGUST.
AIRSPACE USERS ARE REMINDED THAT FULL DETAILS CAN BE FOUND ON THE
ASI WEBSITE.

Curiously, it says the airspace will be introduced a few hours earlier on the 16th of July. The Olympic Airspace guide originally said it would be 13th of July at 2300. That sort of makes it later in my book :=, but good news nonetheless

Just to be clear - the NOTAM relates to the controlled airspace changes, not to the restricted and prohibited zones, if I read it correctly.

Good point (potentially) Heston. I considered the new restricted areas to be Controlled Airspace (though not in the Class D sense), as one needs permission to enter.

Thoughts from others welcome....

This refers to the CAS(T), NOT to P111 or R112 dates / times.
