isolated airport

Guys

just wondering , is there a definition for an isolated airport ?

cause i know the regulations says that " you have to have an alternate unless .....

and one of the case is the destination is isolated and there is no suitable alternate at destination

what would be the definition of an isolated airport using distance or time etc...
