It's not obvious to me how to do so. [email protected] ([email protected]) is presumably not the originator.
07771 882702 seems to me to be the guy on the spot, to deal with things like the air ambulance, not matters like this.
I don't want to disrupt any activity such as this, but could easily ignore a notam which did not seem to involve the area I intended to fly in. I didn't bother with the Dumfries and Galloway area exercise, for example. I flew for 1h 50 today, over Moray and Aberdeenshire for part of the time. The mis-spelling + wrong region might lead me to miss it - if it was a less well-known place than Huntley.
