DHL European Operations

Where could I find some information on the DHL operations in Europe? Where do they fly to, what is their fleet, pilot pay and conditions, rosters, future plans etc?

It is developing a new UK Airline based at EMA to operate 23 of the 34 757-236 a/c.
They will be delivered between July 2001 & May 2003.
They are also after Ops type people.
