Hello everyone, could anyone explain me, what are the values for Max Climb Thrust and Max Cruise Thrust mentioned in the Rec Max Alt section of the fcom.
The fcom states that Rec Max Alt provides 300fpm climb at max climb thrust ( which i believe is Toga in this particular case) and a level flight at Max Cruise thrust. Now what could limit the max cruise thrust at say the highest rec max alt ? What will be the lever position? Will it be MCT?

Also what are the various possible uses of green Energy Line feature on the ND of the aircraft.

Any inputs, references are welcome. Thankyou!

Max cruise thrust is not shown on E/WD. Only max climb. Max cruise is 2.4% less N1, if I recall correctly.

Max level may be limited by max cruise thrust.

The ND energy circle is something you can calculate on your own, but it is very useful. It represents the distance you need to land, taking into account your altitude, speed and airport elevation.
For instance, if you are flying vectors you are in HDG mode. Still, you have distance to go in the MCDU FPLN page, provided you wisely sequence the waypoints. If that distance is less than the distance of your energy circle, then you are high, if it is more, then you are low.
