Britannia- Ratio of UK - Non UK pilots?

Hi all,

Just a general question regading the pilots at BY,

I have flown twice with BY in the last 2 years, and both times I have had a non-UK FO. The first time was someone from Egypt I think, and the second time was a rather sultry-voiced Frenchwoman (Caroline..?)

Are BY recruiting abroad, or is it just a coincidence?

If you have the right qualifications and have the right to live and work in the UK, you can get a job with Brits or any UK carrier.

BY are not recruiting 'abroad'. They are an EU carrier and recruit in the EU, mainly Scandinavia at the moment.
