ID90/Non-Rev on Air Littoral, Iberia, etc.

Does anyone have the non-rev procedures to obtain an ID90 on Air Littoral (Sabena) or Iberia from BCN-NCE?

Can you purchase a pass at their respective ticket counters. My pass dept. has never heard of Air Littoral, and has no info on Iberia.
