In anticipation of a possible assessment day, can anyone tell me what a team exercise implies?. .Thanks.

Working with a group of others to attempt to solve a problem (solution not important but method of decision-making is) that may be with Lego, pretend navigation exercise, or a variety of other constructed games that may or may not bear a relation to the company's operations. May or may not be with a leader, and may or may not be timed. As you can see they are very variable - company name may help!

Layed out a load of lego type bits on the floor, about 500 pieces, and gave us 10 mins to complete a task. I dont want to tell you the answer as no one told me, but let me say its to kick yourself over when they tell you what you should have done. <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Volunteer to be the time keeper and watch everyone else make a monkey of themselves in this archaic piece of **** that doesnt reveal anything about anyone.
