I Have an interview with BAC Express soon and would be interested to know their interview style/content. I'd also like to know the average number of hours they fly per month/year.

I did fly for BAC for a couple of years,it's a nice company to fly for.
The interview is just a pleasent talk with the flight ops director and or chiefpilot and training captain.
They do approx. 350 hr per year on the Sd360.
even less on the F27 .
