I just want to have rough estimation for the cost of C-172 to be insured and used for flight training? let's make it a bit interesting and if it's in war zone.

As it is unusual I expect the only way you will get a descent estimate is if you get a quote from an insurer.

It'll probably be the fact that it's in a war zone, rather than doing a bit of training in it, that will be the major influence on price. It will also depend whether you want hull cover as well as liability and how much hull value you put on it.
