Simulator + IFS/PSR

I understand Virgin alow seinor C/C in on their OPC/LPC's, do you think this is a good idea ?. Alowing the IFS to sit in on the post flight de-brief is down to the crew on the day though.

Oddly enough their CRM courses do not mix Pilots and C/C together.

Virgin do NOT allow cabin crew in the sim for LPC/OPC. There is a JAR-OPS requirement for CRM training, and a recommendation that this is done in a simulator. Virgin now run a LOFT sim which an In-Flight Supervisor (IFS) or two will attend for CRM purposes. Hope this helps clear up the rumours!
