A friend of mine has approached me asking for help, He wants to obtain the works in a JAR approved flight school in the UK.

I built most of my hours in the US and did my flight tests in Ireland under the old system, so i'm looking for a responce to his question of,
" Where is the best place in the UK to go to obtain a CPL, Multi IR,frozen ATPL and an MCC in the shortest possible time?"

Any responces to this question would be greatly appreciated.

Tim,
They might be small at the moment but I hear Aer Arann are increasing there fleet of ATR's and do take on Pilots with low hours,
But don't quote me on that one.
Other than that i'd keep an eye on the Cargo companies.
