Is it my imagination or are things getting worse? Reading the last 2 copies of Feedback, it looks as though it’s only a matter of time before there is a major incident involving loss of life in the UK. It could stem from anything: air rage, fatigue, engineering, ATC, poor training, airlines cutting corners. This is not based on any scientific study of data ( and I realise that leaves me wide open to criticism ) but just a feeling from reading and talking to fellow pilots.
