I was wondering, how do you people decide what your V1 and V2, and other speeds are depending on weight, runway length, etc. I have a paper (for a 767) that is supposed to show these things but it has all kinds of things I don't understand (field length=X, obstacle=O, takeoff speeds 171.X, etc) Is there some kind of spreadsheet I can get? Our company publish specific takeoff charts for each runway we operate from. V speeds and thrust derate is taken from these charts using outside air temperature, aircraft weight and wind.

Looking at is basically for the B76-3, V1 120 V2 130 V2 140 at light weights works well, V1 140 VR 150 V2 160 at heavy weights is pretty close.
