I try to search for a list of approved organisations in france, but until now i'am unable to find it, Can somebody point me in the right direction.

Hello, you have to go to the french authoroties web site.
OSAC - Organisme pour la Sécurité de l'Aviation Civile (http://www.gsac.fr/new/Fichierpublic.php) , on this link click "Annuaire des agréments v1.pdf", you 'll get a list of all approved organisations in France
