Hello

Could someone from easyJet please give me an e-mail address for customer services in the UK where I can send some feedback on what I think is a design weakness in their website?

I'm asking here because I think it would be useful if my message gets read by someone 'in the loop' rather than possibly becoming lost in some call centre.

That e-mail worked. I've been waiting since November for a reply from Ezy - with that e-mail I received both the automatic reply, and a considered reply, within 48 hours.

I think they must have lost some e-mails or something. I put in a refund and expenses claim in December and heard nothing. Prompted them with another support case, and they were both dealt with very quickly.

It's a shame you can't track your support cases online - custhelp does support this, they just aren't using it.
