Wondering what the answer should be when asked to rate ones own performance on last base check.. .Seems to feature on most application forms. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

In our company the FOs are rated at the simulator checks, 1 is outstanding, 5 very bad. For upgrading you need at least a 3 in the last 3 checks (or years? don't know it exactly). Captains are not rated, so you just have to read the commentary from the checker <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
