Has anyone got any indication as to what it is like to fly for Emerald?

1,Aircraft? (whats the HS748 like?). .2,Life outside of work?. .3,pay?. .4,Attitude within company?. .5,Minimum requirements for F/O positions?. .6,Whats it like flying out of Liverpool?
