ADDS - Aviation Digital Data Service (http://aviationweather.gov/adds/)
The above is a start point. Type SWL in the search window and follow your nose. Lots of stuff here.

Have a look (http://dcaa.slv.dk:8000/icaodocs/Annex%203%20-%20Meteorological%20Service%20for%20International%20Air%20Na vigation/Part%20II%20-%20Appendices%20and%20Attachments%20-%2016th%20ed.pdf) at ICAO Annex 3, Part II, Appendix 1 (pp 3 ff of the pdf).
Well...generally you have to actually pay for admission.
We use, in our ops, either, Jeppesen/BaseOps/Universal Weather, or...Hidad, for enroute/terminal weather services, plus a whole lot more...(landing/parking/overflight clearances, flight plans, etc.)
Even Hidad seems to get it right (mostly) so...pay up or...do without.
Ain't no free lunch...sorry.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Hi :D
Thanks a lot for your links. I can see the difference among the maps.
Is there anyone who dares to attach a real map and do a predictions/readings as the weather man? (or weather woman...:E)
It would be a good exercise for all of us.
Have nice landings. :ok:
